Organoleptic profile: unclear coral pink color. Memories of pomegranate, wild strawberries and citrus fruits on the nose. The taste is dry, with a creamy froth, savory and fresh. Wine with a jovial and contemporary character.
Pairings: casually accompanies raw and fried fish, beach aperitifs, and party times.

Production Area: hilly area of the northeastern slope of Aspromonte, in the municipality of Ciminà.
Soils: soils rich in varicolored clays and Pliocene sediments with good organic matter.
Grape Variety: 33% Syrah, 33% Magliocco, 30% Greco Nero
Training form: Guyot and spurred cordon;
Planting density: 4000 vines/ha;
Grape yield per hectare: 75 quintals;
Harvest: manual harvesting in boxes.
Harvest time: late August;
Winemaking technique: spontaneous fermentation of destemmed grapes in steel vats with 24-hour maceration on the skins for Magliocco and Greco Nero and whole-press for Syrah.
Aging: in amphora for 6 months with malolactic fermentation carried out spontaneously.
Foaming: the wine is spontaneously re-fermented in the bottle without disgorging after addition of its own must stored cold.
